Return Policy
If the products you selected didn't work out, you are free to return your items for a refund to the original form of payment. All returns should be received within 30 days of the original purchase date and be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened items or items that have been damaged after opening.

How and when will I be refunded?
It might take us about 10 business days to receive and process your return. Once it has been received and verified by us, we will initiate the refund process.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Order Cancellation
If Customer wants to cancel a Confirmed Order, and it has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at Hello@MANGOTimeDC.com. In such cases, the Confirmed Order will be cancelled, and the Order Amount will be refunded to the Customer within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
